We are seeking a passionate and engaging Padel Coach to play a key role in delivering exceptional events, social sessions, and community experiences at Rocket Padel Battersea. This role blends on-court coaching with event delivery, supporting the club’s busy calendar of corporate events, social tournaments, group experiences, and member sessions. You will help ensure that every event at Rocket Padel is professionally run, welcoming, and memorable for our guests.
A key part of the role will be supporting and leading the on-court delivery of corporate bookings and private group events, introducing new players to padel in a fun, structured, and engaging way. You will help create a great first impression of the sport and ensure groups leave with an outstanding experience.
Alongside events, you will lead the delivery of weekly social sessions, themed activities, and tournaments that bring players together and strengthen the Rocket Padel community.
Working closely with the management team, you will also help develop new event formats, social competitions, and community initiatives that reflect player demand and maintain Rocket Padel’s reputation as one of London’s most exciting and welcoming places to play.
Above all, you will act as an ambassador for Rocket Padel, creating a fun, inclusive, and high-energy environment that keeps players returning week after week.
