About The Role
At One City, we are looking for experienced fitness professionals to join a world-class team and play a pivotal role in the growth of the UK’s most exciting fitness community.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Inspire: Deliver high-energy, structured studio classes to mixed-ability groups, ensuring a safe, engaging, and high-standard workout environment.
- Class Programming: Design and execute effective class structures, pacing, and music programming (with ongoing support from our head coaching team).
- Brand Ambassador: Represent One City with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity, both inside and outside the studio.
- Community Building: Foster a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere that aligns with our core values of consistency, community, and progress.
What We Are Looking For
- Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 Fitness/Group Exercise Qualification.
- Experience: Proven experience teaching group fitness classes in a boutique studio or premium gym setting.
- Presence: Exceptional confidence, time-keeping skills, and the ability to command a room.
