ThruDark is recruiting for a Store Supervisor to support the launch and operation of our new pop‑up store at Battersea Power Station. This is a customer‑facing role suited to a confident, driven individual with strong interpersonal and leadership skills. As Store Supervisor, you will play a key role in the daily running of the store – leading by example on the shop floor, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining operational standards, and supporting your team to deliver a best‑in‑class retail experience. Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example, delivering excellent customer service and a positive in‑store experience.
- Motivate and guide the team to achieve sales and performance targets.
- Support daily store operations, including opening and closing duties, cash handling and stock management.
