ThruDark is recruiting for a Store Supervisor to support the launch and operation of our new pop‑up store at Battersea Power Station. This is a customer‑facing role suited to a confident, driven individual with strong interpersonal and leadership skills. As Store Supervisor, you will play a key role in the daily running of the store – leading by example on the shop floor, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining operational standards, and supporting your team to deliver a best‑in‑class retail experience. You'll uphold the ThruDark values while inspiring those around you to do the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example, delivering excellent customer service and a positive in‑store experience.
- Motivate and guide the team to achieve sales and performance targets.
- Support daily store operations, including opening and closing duties, cash handling and stock management.
- Assist with product presentation and visual merchandising to maintain brand standards.
- Manage and resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with the Retail Manager on commercial decisions and operational improvements.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming sales environment.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and enthusiasm for the brand.
About You
- Proven experience in a supervisory or senior sales role within premium or performance retail.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends.
