Location: Battersea Power Station, London

Reports to: Property Management Director

Contract Type: Full-Time, 6 month FTC

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

Primary Purpose

To provide professional and proactive administrative support to the property management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Register all managed tenancies with utility companies as well as close their accounts at the end of tenancy
  • Request final bills, where necessary from utility companies
  • Book property visits
  • Book check-outs and issue termination correspondence to tenants
  • Assist with booking compliance certificates and book appointments with tenants accordingly
  • Update and attach Check outs, Certificates to Salesforce and One Drive
  • Produce timely and accurate typed documents including but not limited to: emails, letters, minutes/agendas, presentations, reports and specific documents pertinent to the role
  • Deal with internal and external enquiries accurately, promptly and effectively
  • Assist the team in communicating with clients and applicants where necessary
  • Draw up regular reports from Salesforce as appropriate
  • Assist with general administration support, which is both efficient and effective for the team

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience of working as a Team Assistant in the Property Management Sector beneficial
  • Experience of managing confidential communication/diary management
  • Highly organised, flexible, and able to effectively manage your workload
  • A proactive and positive approach to work
  • Personable with a detail-oriented approach
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel – essential
