We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Box Office Manager to join our team on a fixed-term contract at NEON at Battersea Power Station. This role plays a critical part in maximising ticket sales and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused box office operation. A key focus of the role is acting as the primary day-to-day liaison with NEON’s ticketing partner, Fever, working closely with internal marketing, finance, and operations teams to support sales targets, attendance management, and promotional activity.
Responsibilities- Act as the main point of contact between NEON and ticketing partner Fever, attending regular sales and marketing meetings and maintaining strong working relationships.
- Support the setup and execution of ticket offers, discounts, promo codes, and sales initiatives.
- Monitor ticket sales, capacity, and attendance trends, proactively identifying opportunities to optimise revenue.
- Assist with sales forecasting and reporting, working closely with finance and marketing teams.
- Oversee day-to-day box office operations on site, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
- Manage box office staffing schedules and training to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Handle customer ticketing queries, escalations, and resolution of ticketing issues in collaboration with Fever.
- Ensure box office processes align with NEON brand standards and operational requirements.
- Liaise with Battersea Power Station management to oversee the distribution and tracking of tickets through their community engagement programmes.
- Coordinate all complimentary ticket requests, including press, stakeholders and VIPs.
- Support the wider venue operations team to ensure smooth visitor flow and admission processes.
- Produce regular sales and attendance reports for internal stakeholders.
- Track performance of promotions, offers, and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of comps, offers, and ticket allocations.
- Proven experience (1-2 years+) in a box office, ticketing, or sales operations role within attractions, exhibitions, live events, or visitor experiences.
- Strong understanding of ticketing platforms and third-party ticketing partnerships (experience working with Fever or similar platforms highly desirable).
- Commercially aware, with the ability to analyse sales data and identify revenue opportunities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, visitor-facing environment.
- Confident problem-solver with a customer-first mindset.
