Job Title: Brand Ambassador Reports to: Genesis Experience Lead Full Time Job Purpose: To provide a world class customer driven service where we can find the perfect balance between the needs of our customers and identify appropriate product offers from the Genesis brand. This role must strive for innovation, by closely observing the expectations of our customer requirements. Since arriving in the UK in as part of the Genesis Motor Europe launch, we have: Launched eight new models – with a focus on our electric 3 model lineup Won multiple industry awards Opened two Studios in London and one in Edinburgh Key Responsibilities: You accept incoming calls, identify the needs (test drive, consultation, other) and forward them to the appropriate contact person. Present the Brand and Products to potential customers and people interested in the brand. Support of the team in the organization of events in the studio and, if necessary, also at official receptions. Especially when it is a logistical and administrative task.
