Role Overview

As part of our retail team, you will join our Battersea Power Station store as an Assistant Store Manager, responsible for ensuring premium customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting daily store operations
• Identifying sales opportunities and maximizing profitability
• Achieving KPIs
• Training and inspiring the team to deliver excellent service
• Implementing operational processes
• Supporting recruitment and conducting performance reviews
• Acting as deputy in the absence of the Store Manager

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience in retail management at a similar level
• Passion for premium or luxury products; all retail backgrounds considered
• Proven success in improving business performance
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service through your team
• Strong visual and product management skills
• Ability to balance customer service, operations, technical, and visual elements
• Comfort working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, focused, and driven
• Excellent people management skills
• Good communication skills
