As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the store, inspiring and coaching your team, and making sure every guest leaves with an amazing JENKI experience.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead by example, bringing positivity, energy, and warmth to every shift
  • Support the Store Manager in day‑to‑day operations, from service flow to stock and reporting
  • Coach, motivate, and develop your team to deliver their best work
  • Be a people person who thrives on building strong connections with both team and guests
  • Ensure drinks and service are consistently top quality, reflecting our high standards
  • Take ownership of shift management – opening, closing, and keeping everything running smoothly
