Key Responsibilities
• Assist with property valuations for sales and lettings, under supervision of senior team members.
• Conduct market research and comparable analysis to support property pricing recommendations.
• Support in preparing valuation reports, marketing materials, and online listings.
• Maintain accurate records of client details, property information, and valuation notes.
• Liaise with vendors and build rapport with property owners to gather details and share market insights
• D eliver high levels of customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
• Work closely with the sales and lettings teams to help grow our market presence and pipeline.
•Update and manage client and property records within the CRM to ensure data accuracy and support ongoing outreach efforts
• A genuine interest in working with data — confidence in Excel or spreadsheet tools is a big plus.
