We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bar Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operation of the bars across our three busy, high-volume event venues in Brixton. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to hospitality professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
You will take ownership of bar operations during your shifts, ensuring service standards, stock control, team performance and profitability are consistently maintained. Working closely with senior management, you will lead bar teams, manage staffing levels, oversee stock and cellar operations, maintain Gross Profit Margins (GPMs), and ensure all licensing and health regulations are adhered to.
