We are looking for a Supporter Services Administrator to join our team on a fixed‑term contract, with the potential for extension. In this role you will help ensure our generous donors and customers feel valued and appreciated through outstanding supporter care. You will support the delivery of efficient, accurate, and compliant processes, ensuring that all fundraising activities are carried out with diligence and integrity.

  • Provide excellent service to existing, potential and former supporters.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with supporters to enhance engagement and maximise income for Battersea.
  • Collect, process and analyse supporter data to strengthen relationships and maximise impact.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external suppliers to support fundraising activities.
  • Ensure all processes meet data‑management and compliance standards.
