The predicted salary is between 28800 - 42000 £ per year.

The Strategic Organisational Development Lead is responsible for developing Battersea’s organisational capabilities, including project and portfolio management, change management, digital and data skills, and human behaviour change. The role ensures that core frameworks for career development, leadership, and performance management align with strategic goals.

Working closely with colleagues from Learning & Organisational Development, HR, Internal Communications, the Academy, and Volunteering, as well as Senior Stakeholders, the Lead will implement the People Strategy, diagnose capability needs, and design impactful Organisational Development interventions. The successful candidate will partner with senior leaders to embed best practices, build capacity for change, and position Learning & Organisational Development as a centre of excellence at Battersea.
