Role Overview
Battersea is two years into an exciting phase of innovation and transformation as part of a five‑year strategy to be here for every dog and cat. With increased investment in income generation, the fundraising team connects the journey of the animals in our care to the wider public, demonstrating how their contributions enable us to support every dog and cat. This role leads the ongoing development and implementation of Battersea's Supporter Experience strategy, creating relevant and engaging supporter experiences that build loyalty, increase long‑term value and support income growth.
Responsibilities
Working across Public Fundraising and the wider Income Generation directorate, the role is responsible for shaping supporter journeys, embedding supporter‑centred approaches and using insight, data and technology to continuously improve engagement, retention and supporter value.
