We are looking for a passionate individual to join our team of Dog Rehomers in our Old Windsor Centre, providing the highest level of customer service while ensuring the best outcomes for the dogs in Battersea’s care.
In this role, you will engage with customers looking to rehome a dog, dealing professionally with them via all methods of communication.
After assessing each potential adopter’s suitability, you will match them with the most appropriate dogs, always prioritising the dogs’ best interests and ensuring positive outcomes for both dogs and customers.
Additionally, you will support the Rehoming & Welfare team in the daily management of dogs, identify suitable rehoming criteria once assessments are complete, and create rehoming profiles.

It is important to note that the role does involve a lot of physical tasks which are required to provide the exceptional standards of care to our animals.
