We are currently seeking an interim Marketing & Brand Lead to develop and oversee Battersea’s brand, and integrated brand and marketing activity, to deliver against brand and organisational objectives and maximise the vital role of brand in Battersea’s next chapter.
Overall Objectives:
- Working closely with the Head of Brand and Creative, develop and oversee brand, and integrated brand and marketing campaign activity, to build brand health, grow awareness of our widening work and support organisational objectives.
- Support the development and implementation of a comprehensive brand and brand marketing strategy and delivery of plans and activities in support. As part of this, oversee successful brand campaign planning and delivery, brand platform integration and rollout, and strategic brand development in relation to new areas of our organisational strategy.
- Strategically partner with Senior Managers across Battersea to lead the team in developing appropriate marketing strategies and plans, including supporting strategic work with Income Generation, Our Voice and Global Programmes.
- Drive excellence in marketing planning and use of resources so activities and investment are optimised in line with latest insight and learnings, including oversight of econometrics modelling.
- Lead and develop the team, and foster strong working relationships across Battersea and with external suppliers, to promote a culture where creativity and marketing excellence and effectiveness flourish.
