The Grants and Programmes Manager will manage the delivery of a portfolio of work within the Grants and Programmes function at Battersea. This is an exciting time for Battersea as we expand our work to impact more dogs and cats, with plans for the next five years to grow the size and complexity of our activities and establish several multi‑year programmes in the UK and abroad.
Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of the Grants and Programmes portfolio, ensuring effective execution of grant-making practice.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, propose strategic solutions, and support the contributions of the team to advance Battersea’s strategic interests.
- Lead and develop a high‑performing team, demonstrating excellent people‑management skills and fostering collaboration across internal and external partners.
