Location: Battersea site at Brands Hatch, Battersea Dogs & Cats, Crowhurst Lane, Ash, Kent, TN15 7HH. Battersea dogs & cats aim to never turn away a dog or cat in need. We give each one lots of love, expert care and get to know their characters and quirks so we can find them a new home that’s just right.

Responsibilities

  • Provide the highest level of customer service to both internal and external Battersea customers at all times, promoting the values and work of the organisation.
  • Undertake basic rehoming duties and support the rehoming function of the Brands Hatch dog and cat rehoming teams.

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate has significant experience working within a demanding customer service environment and experience of receiving or responding to customer feedback.
  • Ability to handle emotive situations with tact, diplomacy, and empathy.
