Role Overview
We are looking for someone to join our Customer Service Team at our Brands Hatch centre to provide the highest level of customer service to both internal and external Battersea customers at all times, promoting the values and work of the organisation in addition to undertaking basic rehoming duties and supporting the rehoming function of the Brands Hatch dog and cat rehoming teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers.
- Promote Battersea’s values and work in all interactions.
- Undertake basic rehoming duties and support the rehoming function of the Brands Hatch dog and cat rehoming teams.
- Handle emotive situations with tact, diplomacy, and empathy.
Qualifications
- Significant experience working within a demanding customer service environment.
- Experience receiving or responding to customer feedback.
- Ability to handle emotive situations with tact, diplomacy, and empathy.
