The Senior Graphic Designer will produce effective design across a wide range of projects and channels, working closely with colleagues across Battersea and external partners to develop ideas and deliver them. This role is in Battersea's Brand team, within the wider Marketing & Communications department. You will be part of our in‑house Creative Hub, helping to bring Battersea's brand to life through clear, high‑impact creative work that builds awareness, strengthens our reputation, and helps more people connect with our mission and messages around animal welfare and responsible pet ownership.
Overall Objectives
- Bring the Battersea brand and the animals in our care to life through great creative concepts and excellent delivery.
- Create clear, effective and integrated visual solutions that work across digital and print channels.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships across Battersea and with external suppliers, contributing to a positive and effective way of working.
- Strengthen and champion the Design function at Battersea to support the organisation's strategic and business goals.
