Studio Manager to take full ownership of our flagship operations.
As Studio Manager, you are the driver of the studio’s success.
You will lead a high-performing Front of House team, working closely with Head Office and our elite instructors to deliver an exceptional, end-to-end member experience.
This is a role for a proven leader who thrives on operational excellence, data-driven results, and building a culture of elite standards.
Whether you are an experienced Studio Manager or a high-performing Assistant Manager ready for the next step, you will be responsible for shaping the environment where our community pushes their limits every single day.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Studio Operations
Ensuring the studio runs smoothly and to standard.
- Oversee daily studio operations, including team management, retail, and facilities.
- Manage rotas to ensure the studio runs at peak efficiency 7 days a week.
- Maintains high cleaning, safety and presentation standards.
- Oversees equipment and stock management.
- Resolves issues quickly and proactively.
- Delivers consistent opening and closing compliance.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, and build a team that reflects the One City culture.
- Sets clear expectations and performance standards.
- Provides regular feedback and structured reviews.
- Coach & develop team members
- Manages performance confidently and professionally.
- Builds a positive, high-energy culture.
Member Experience
- Protect and elevate the member journey.
- Be visible and engaged on the studio floor.
- Handle feedback and complaints effectively.
