About the Role
ThruDark is recruiting for a sales assistant to support the successful operation of our Battersea Power Station pop-up store. As a Retail Sales Assistant at ThruDark's Battersea Power Station pop-up, you'll play an important part in delivering a premium in-store experience. Working closely with the management team, you'll help drive daily performance, support your teammates, and ensure every customer leaves with a strong impression of the brand. You'll embody ThruDark's core values of Humility, Unity and Integrity by delivering confident, hands-on service and maintaining a professional, approachable presence on the shop floor.
Responsibilities:
- Lead by example by providing outstanding customer service and maintaining a positive attitude
- Positively promote the brand during interactions and uphold the brand's values of 'Humility, Unity and Integrity'
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management to restock merchandise as needed
- Maintain store appearance and cleanliness to company standards
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times and legal requirements in all areas of the store
- Extensive knowledge of POS systems and follow processes used when placing transactions through the POS
