We specialise in premium açaí bowls, smoothies, juices, and other wholesome products made with natural ingredients, while delivering exceptional customer service in a vibrant and welcoming environment.
The Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Full Time Team Member to join our new kiosk at Battersea Power Station.
You will be responsible for serving customers, preparing products, maintaining excellent hygiene standards, and helping create a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
Prepare and serve açaí bowls, smoothies, drinks, and other menu items.
Operate the till and handle payments accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
Replenish stock and support daily operations.
Assist with opening and closing procedures.
Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours The kiosk operates 7 days a week from 8:00am to 8:00pm .
Shifts may include: Starting at 7:30am for opening preparation.
Finishing at 8:30pm for closing duties.
Weekday, evening, weekend, and bank holiday work.
About You Positive, friendly, and reliable.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible and willing to work varied shifts.
Previous hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
