LIPS Healthcare is looking for a polished and people-focused Front-of-House Admin to be the face of our flagship site at Battersea Power Station. This role is all about creating an exceptional first impression welcoming patients, visitors, and consultants with warmth, professionalism, and confidence.
You’ll play a key part in delivering a seamless, high-end patient experience while keeping front-of-house operations running smoothly. You will also support the promotion of clinic services, treatments, and skincare products through confident and appropriate upselling and cross-selling, helping to enhance the patient journey and contribute to clinic performance. About the Role: As our Front-of-House Admin, you will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and consultants, delivering an exceptional and personalized welcome. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating a warm, professional environment and wants to develop a team as we grow.
Location: Battersea Power Station
Salary: Pay: £30,000.00 - £33,000.00 per year
Key Responsibilities:- Greet patients, visitors, and consultants with warmth, professionalism, and discretion.
- Proactively recommend, cross-sell, and upsell skincare products and treatment plans, including Obagi Medical, Medik8, Alastin, Dr. Levy, Heliocare, Epicutis, and Jane Iredale, to enhance client outcomes and support clinic revenue.
- Act as the main contact for all front-of-house and patient enquiries.
- Provide information on appointments, clinic services, free on-site parking, and local amenities.
- Support patients with additional requests such as taxis, couriers, or onward travel.
- Maintain immaculate front-of-house and waiting areas at all times.
- Receive and distribute deliveries and correspondence.
- Handle any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Help build and manage a growing team of front-of-house staff, including training and day-to-day supervision.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a front-of-house, concierge, guest services or reception role in a corporate, luxury hotel, high-end residential or private healthcare setting.
- Proven experience in hospitality or hotel environments is essential.
- Proven experience in healthcare.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- A professional, well-presented approach and excellent attention to detail.
- Previous experience supporting sales, cross-selling, upselling, or promoting services within a hospitality, luxury, wellness, or healthcare environment is advantageous.
- Right to work in the UK (With no visa sponsorship required).
