Full Time Location: Battersea Power Station
Job Purpose: To provide a world class customer driven service where we can find the perfect balance between the needs of our customers and identify appropriate product offers from the Genesis brand. This role must strive for innovation, by closely observing the expectations of our customer requirements.

Genesis is a truly customer centric brand, providing a unique buying and ownership experience where our Son-Nim philosophy ensures each pros. Since arriving in the UK in 2021 as part of the Genesis Motor Europe launch, we have:
- Launched eight new models with a focus on our electric model lineup
- Won multiple industry awards
- Opened two Studios in London and one in Edinburgh
Key Responsibilities:
- Accept incoming calls, identify the needs (test drive, consultation, other) and forward them to the appropriate contact person.
- Present the Brand and Products to potential customers and people interested in the brand.
- Support the team in the organization of events in the studio and, if necessary, also at official receptions, especially when it is a logistical and administrative task.
- Provide professional, courteous service to customers in the studio.
- Ensure cleanliness and order in the daily operation in the studio.
Personal Specification:
- A-level or (preferably) training in the hotel or catering sector and/or in premium or luxury retail (automotive experience desirable but not a prerequisite).
- Experience in customer care, hospitality, or higher catering, or premium/luxury retail experience with working in a team.
- Driving license class B (desirable).
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Multitasking ability.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to deliver a best-in-class customer service.
