The ROX brand was built on its trademark “Diamonds & Thrills” experience to provide every customer with an exciting and personalised shopping journey.
We are looking for a confident, fashion savvy, enthusiastic supervisor with a real passion to succeed. You will be ready to coach and support a team of professional sales advisors in luxury retail, ensuring that every customer has a truly memorable Diamonds & Thrills experience from start to finish.
You will be responsible for:
- Helping drive a high-performance sales culture
- Achieving personal sales targets
- Providing 5-star hospitality and extraordinary customer experience
- Merchandising our jewellery in accordance with our guidelines
- Ensuring superior store standards
- Assisting with day-to-day tasks
- Assisting the management team with training and coaching
- Acting as a brand ambassador for ROX
Skills & Experience:
- At least two years senior sales experience in a highly customer-focused retail or hospitality environment
- Experience of working to targets
- Experience in training and coaching staff
- Strong interest in fashion
- A friendly and outgoing personality
- Loads of enthusiasm with a real passion to succeed
- The desire to learn all about diamonds, jewellery and watches
