Primary Purpose
To provide professional and proactive administrative support to the property management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Register all managed tenancies with utility companies as well as close their accounts at the end of tenancy.
  • Request final bills, where necessary from utility companies.
  • Book property visits.
  • Book check-outs and issue termination correspondence to tenants.
  • Assist with booking compliance certificates and book appointments with tenants accordingly.
  • Update and attach check‑outs, certificates to Salesforce and One Drive.
  • Produce timely and accurate typed documents including but not limited to: emails, letters, minutes/agendas, presentations, reports and specific documents pertinent to the role.
  • Deal with internal and external enquiries accurately, promptly and effectively.
  • Assist the team in communicating with clients and applicants where necessary.
  • Draw up regular reports from Salesforce as appropriate.
  • Assist with general administration support, which is both efficient and effective for the team.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience of working as a Team Assistant in the Property Management Sector beneficial.
  • Experience of managing confidential communication/diary management.
  • Highly organised, flexible, and able to effectively manage your workload.
  • A proactive and positive approach to work.
  • Personable with a detail‑oriented approach.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel – essential.
