About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead & Inspire: Deliver high‑energy, structured studio classes to mixed‑ability groups, ensuring a safe, engaging, and high‑standard workout environment.
  • Class Programming: Design and execute effective class structures, pacing, and music programming (with ongoing support from our head coaching team).
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent One City with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity, both inside and outside the studio.
  • Community Building: Foster a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere that aligns with our core values of consistency, community, and progress.

What We Are Looking For

  • Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 Fitness/Group Exercise Qualification.
  • Experience: Proven experience teaching group fitness classes in a boutique studio or premium gym setting.
  • Presence: Exceptional confidence, time‑keeping skills, and the ability to command a room.
  • Mindset: A growth mindset, a competitive spirit, and a proactive, reliable attitude.
  • Adaptability: The ability to coach diverse fitness levels, offering progressions and regressions where needed.
