As aLandscape Supervisoryou will have general responsibility for delivering a full range of high-quality landscaping works.

This role will include full training, support and skills development which will be provided by our close knit team.

The Landscape Supervisor is accountable for:

  • Resource Ownership– accountable for ensuring all kit is maintained, up to date, and any issues reported.
  • Site Delivery– ensuring work is carried out in line with client instruction, agreed plans, landscape and fencing drawings etc.
  • Team leadership– leading the team on site delivering agreed work scope to a high standard. Motivating the team
  • QHSE Management– overseeing and ensuring quality in all aspects of work delivered, either in planning or delivery stages. Ensuring proactive management of site and company health and safety standards / policies at all time.

What you’ll need to succeed

The successful candidate will have:

  • 2 years’ commercial landscaping experience –ESSENTIAL
  • Excellent Plant knowledge ESSENTIAL
  • Able to work in the capacity of a mentor to the wider team and show evidence of managing a team previously ESSENTIAL
  • Experience with full scope landscaping activities
  • Familiar with site health and safety requirements
  • Knowledge and able to read and interpret landscaping drawings
  • Good understanding of horticultural knowledge
  • Time management and problem solving skills
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Leaderships skills – with a style that is suitable for effective collaboration
  • Confident in dealing effectively with clients/customers
  • Collaborative team player with a ‘can do’ attitude
