One City is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our team as Cleaning & Facilities support.
This role is the backbone of the studio experience — a high-performance studio only feels high-performance whenit'sspotless, stocked, and ready to go.
You'llbe responsible formaintainingour cleanliness standards throughout the day, keeping every space performance-ready from open to close.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Studio Cleanliness
- Between-Class Turnaround: Clean and reset studio rooms in between and after every class, ensuring the space is spotless and ready for the next session.
- Continuous Standards: Maintainconsistent cleaning of changing rooms, walkways, and reception areas throughout your shift — not just at set intervals.
- Towels & Stock
- Towel Management: Keep towels cleaned, folded, and fully replenished throughout the day.
- Stock Replenishment: Monitorand top up amenities and consumables (toiletries, supplies, etc.) so members never find anything running low.
- Operational Support
- Proactive Eye: Spot and resolve cleanliness issues before they become member-facing problems.
- Team Coordination: Work alongside the Front of House and Studio Lead team tokeep the whole studio "performance-ready" at all times.
