• Always follow the processes to guarantee our customer safety and that each product is accurately made and labelled
• Continuously follow the 6 Key Points of Production
• Ensure customer satisfaction by producing high-quality products and perfect packaging for in-store and delivery customers
• Ensure no ‘reject’ products are served or displayed
• Gain knowledge of the characteristics of our food and coffee

WELL LOVED SHOP

• Follow the Food Safety and Health & Safety standards
• Create an inviting, clean shop environment
• Carry out the Floor Organiser (FO) duties when required
• Complete duties diligently
• Report any risks or hazards to the Manager immediately
• Ensure the equipment is always well maintained

SHOP PROFITABILITY

• Complete all training requirements
• Ensure How to Cards are used and followed consistently to deliver Pret standards
• Learn the skills to support the Key Roles with hot food production and Barista Prepared Drinks
• Achieve productivity targets
• Adhere to all financial standards
