CLEANING & FACILITIES
One City is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our team as Cleaning & Facilities support. This role is the backbone of the studio experience — a high-performance studio only feels high-performance whenit’sspotless, stocked, and ready to go.You’llbe responsible formaintainingour cleanliness standards throughout the day, keeping every space performance-ready from open to close.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Between-Class Turnaround:Clean and reset studio rooms in between and after every class, ensuring the space is spotless and ready for the next session.
Continuous Standards:Maintainconsistent cleaning of changing rooms, walkways, and reception areas throughout your shift — not just at set intervals.
Towels & Stock
Towel Management:Keep towels cleaned, folded, and fully replenished throughout the day.
Stock Replenishment:Monitorand top up amenities and consumables (toiletries, supplies, etc.) so members never find anything running low.
Operational Support
Proactive Eye:Spot and resolve cleanliness issues before they become member-facing problems.
Team Coordination:Work alongside the Front of House and Studio Lead team tokeep the whole studio “performance-ready” at all times.

THE LOGISTICS
Flexibility is Key:Our community moves early and stays late. Shifts can start as early as 5:30am or finish as late as 8:30pm.
