As we continue to grow, we look for a Marketing & Content Executive to support and strengthen our digital presence.

The Role

This is a hands-on role focused on creating and delivering marketing content across digital platforms, helping to grow our online presence and support lead generation activity. You will work closely with the team to execute marketing campaigns, maintain a consistent brand presence, and support ongoing marketing activity. Clear strategic direction will be provided, along with support from external specialists where required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain social media platforms across the business
  • Create and publish engaging content aligned with brand and campaign direction
  • Support social media growth through consistent posting and audience engagement
  • Upload and update website content, including product pages and blogs
  • Maintain a consistent and professional brand presence across all platforms

Supporting Activity

  • Support lead generation activity through digital channels
  • Assist in delivering targeted marketing campaigns to defined audiences
  • Work alongside the Sales Team to support campaigns and customer engagement
  • Coordinate with external partners (e.g. videographers, PR, content providers)
  • Support the team with SEO and Google Ads activity as required

  • Strong written communication skills
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles (including SEO awareness)
  • Comfortable using tools such as:
    • Meta Business Suite
    • Canva
    • Website CMS platforms (e.g. Shopify, WordPress)
    • Google Analytics (basic understanding beneficial)
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks

Working Structure

You will work closely with the internal team, with clear direction on marketing priorities and campaigns. External specialists will support areas such as SEO and paid advertising. This role is focused on execution and delivery, with the opportunity to take on more responsibility over time.
