We are currently recruiting for a Legal Assistant to join our busy and successful Dispute and Property Dispute Resolution team based in our Yeovil Office.
Duties
- Providing all round administrative support
- Liaising with clients and taking messages
- Producing documents (with the use of digital dictation)
- Maintaining record systems.
- Opening and closing of files
- Data entry
Requirements
- The ability to work under pressure
- Skills to communicate effectively and ensure that the client's best interests are always served
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary/Assistant is preferable but not essential
- Excellent typing skills
- Good IT literacy
