Position
We are currently recruiting for a Legal Secretary to join our busy and successful Dispute and Property Dispute Resolution team based in our Bath Office.
Duties:
- Providing all round administrative support
- Liaising with clients and taking messages
- Producing documents (with the use of digital dictation)
- Maintaining record systems.
- Opening and closing of files
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- The ability to work under pressure
- Skills to communicate effectively and ensure that the client's best interests are always served
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary/Assistant
- Good IT literacy
