We are seeking a commercial property lawyer to join our thriving team. This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive, enthusiastic, and multi-office team environment. Our commercial property team is highly regarded, serving a diverse clientele locally, in London, and across the UK. You will also have the advantage of collaboration with specialist lawyers in the firm's planning, litigation, construction, and residential departments.
You will be handling a varied caseload of commercial property matters including:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Leases
- Lease renewals
- Lease management
- Property finance
- Development projects
- Corporate transaction support
