The Opportunity
We are looking for a talented and client-focused Dispute Resolution Lawyer to join our respected team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a wide range of personal and commercial litigation matters (excluding property disputes, which are handled by a separate team). You will be part of a collaborative and experienced litigation department, with access to dedicated support, ongoing training, and clear career progression pathways.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising clients on a variety of disputes and claims
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Conducting legal research and applying the SRA Code of Conduct
- Representing clients in alternative dispute resolution processes
- Collaborating with colleagues across departments to deliver excellent client service
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 2 years PQE in dispute resolution
- Strong understanding of litigation processes and Alternative Dispute Resolution
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Client-focused with the ability to build trust and confidence
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters and work effectively in a team
