We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Property Lawyer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of rural and agricultural property matters, while collaborating with other departments and contributing to the firm's continued success.

Responsibilities

  • Handling the sale and purchase of farms and agricultural land (private treaty and auction)
  • Drafting and advising on deeds of easement and overage agreements
  • Providing non-contentious farm tenancy advice
  • Collaborating with colleagues in private client, commercial property, and company commercial teams
  • Attending networking events and supporting business development initiatives

Minimum Requirements

  • 2 years PQE with strong transactional property experience
  • Knowledge of agricultural property law (preferred)
  • Commercially aware with a client-focused approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A team player with a proactive and innovative mindset
