Due to continued growth we are looking for a Press Operators to join our team in Cirencester.
Batten & Allen specialises in the stamping, plating and assembly of high precision parts to customers in the electronics, automotive, medical and industrial markets.

We are looking for someone who

Once fully trained, duties will include
- Correct setting and operating high speed machinery to make sure that daily production targets and quality standards are met.
- Upon completion of first off set up, ensure the product is produced correctly Report any maintenance repairs to Production Leader to ensure optimum usage of machines & equipment.
- Assisting Production Leader in meeting targets.
- General housekeeping and continuous improvement.
- Carry out any other appropriate tasks as and when required .
Whilst it would be advantageous to have some experience it is not a requirement for the position as full training will be provided.

- Working hours are an alternating shift pattern 6am-2pm / 2pm – 10pm (Monday to Thursday) & 6am – 1pm / 1pm – 8pm (Friday) · Monday to Friday
