Our client is seeking a highly analytical and inquisitive Commercial & Pricing Analyst to join their Sales team. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and margin improvement by developing and refining pricing strategies, analysing complex market and customer data, and delivering actionable commercial insights. Reporting to the Sales Director, the successful candidate will possess a strong foundation in data analysis, an in-depth understanding of B2B commercial dynamics, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to inform strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage competitive pricing models and tools
- Analyse pricing, margin, and customer data to guide pricing decisions
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform strategy
- Provide commercial insights that support forecasting and business planning
- Create and maintain dashboards and performance reports using Excel, Power BI, etc.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Procurement teams
