As the first point of contact for learners, parents and visitors, it is vital that the postholder will help create a welcoming and professional environment. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, have the ability to remain well organised, alongside delivering excellent customer service with strong interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate will be efficient, enthusiastic, and genuinely interested in working within a primary school environment. They must be able to manage challenging situations with confidence and professionalism, while working effectively as part of a team.
