Batley Grammar School invites an experienced Assistant Headteacher and SENDCO to lead inclusive provision across our all-through school (Reception to Year 11).
You will model best practice, evaluate provision, and shape the strategic direction of our SEND strategy, working closely with the Headteacher, Senior Leadership Team, and Trust SEND Lead.
The role requires QTS and NASENCO/NPQ or active pursuit, with a commitment to equity, accessibility, and high aspirations for every learner.
