This isn’t just any sales job – we are looking to fill a key role in our brand new, refurbished showroom to support our customers to get the bathroom of their dreams! You bring the drive and motivation - and we will give you the knowledge! Full training will be provided and our Bathshack Academy will give you the product knowledge to go alongside learning from experienced team members on site.
A Bit About The Role:
- Welcome our customers in a friendly and timely manner when they enter the store.
- Ask the right questions to uncover and understand customer needs.
- Assist customers with their bathroom product queries and offer advice.
- Produce customer proposals.
- Process orders.
- Increase sales and profitable growth in line with company targets.
- Exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Keep sales lead sheets up to date.
- Follow up customer leads in a timely manner by phone.
- Effectively overcome any potential objections.
- Process telephone orders.
- Provide excellent customer service on telephone and in store.
- Follow up with customers after completion of bathroom installation to ensure they are fully satisfied.
- Develop a good understanding of all the Bathshack product range and keep up to date with new products.
A Bit About You:
- Reliable, professional, driven and approachable.
- A great attitude and motivation to work with our customers.
- Experience in the use of MS Office (including Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Willing to develop a great knowledge of sales and the sales process.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to work on your own initiative once trained and confident.
- Able to work during late night opening and Saturdays where required.

Salary Information:
Most new starters join on Band 1 during their 6‑month probation, with clear criteria for progression. After this, you’ll have quarterly reviews to support your development and movement through the bands. However, experienced sales professionals may join at Band 2 or Band 3, depending on skills, proven performance, and experience.
- Band 1 – £28,000 per year plus uncapped bonus
- Band 2 – £30,000 per year plus uncapped bonus
- Band 3 – £35,000 per year plus uncapped bonus
