Bathshack has built something worth being proud of, a content strategy that is working, a brand that is growing its presence in a competitive market, and a team that genuinely cares about doing things well. We are looking for a Content and Campaign Manager to sit at the heart of it all. This is a production-first role. You will be the person who makes the content happen, planning it, shooting it, editing it, coordinating the team around it and making sure campaigns land on time and on brand.

You will work closely with our Head of Marketing, our Senior Videographer and Graphic Designer, and you will be the engine behind our content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest. If you are the kind of person who is equally comfortable in a showroom with a camera as you are in a planning session mapping out next month's content pillars, this role was built for you.

Content production
  • Plan, coordinate and personally execute content shoots across our showrooms and studio
  • Shoot and edit social-first content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest
  • Maintain a consistent, high-quality output that reflects the Bathshack brand and content strategy
  • Capture showroom content on regular site visits - this is a field role as much as a desk role
  • Comfortable in front of the camera as well as behind it — sometimes the best content needs a face, and you are happy to be that person
  • You will be our marketing presence at events, whether that is a showroom opening, a trade event or a brand partnership. That means showing up, capturing content in the moment and making sure nothing worth sharing gets missed.
Campaign execution
  • Community management and social scheduling
  • Translate campaign briefs from the Head of Marketing into planned, scheduled and delivered activity
  • Coordinate across the Graphic Designer, Senior Videographer and relevant teams to keep things moving forward
  • Manage the content calendar and approval process, keeping everything on track without losing momentum
  • Spot reactive content opportunities and move quickly when they arise
Creative coordination
  • Brief the Graphic Designer and Senior Videographer clearly and confidently
  • Review creative output against brief and feed back constructively
  • Provide the Performance Marketing Executive with the paid creative assets they need, to brief and on schedule
  • Maintain brand consistency across everything that goes out
Team and stakeholder management
  • Liaise with the e-commerce team on shared creative requirements
  • Bring ideas, issues and opportunities to the Head of Marketing
What We Are Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in a content, campaign or marketing role - retail, interiors or lifestyle brands a bonus
  • Real hands-on content production skills - you are comfortable with a camera and confident editing for social platforms
  • Experience managing multi-platform content calendars and working with creative teams
  • Highly organised and self-directed - you do not need to be told what needs doing next
  • Comfortable working at pace in a fast-moving retail environment without dropping the ball
  • A good eye - you understand what good content looks like and you care about the difference
  • Comfortable using AI tools to speed up copy, briefs and content planning - we use them and we expect you to as well
  • A full driving licence with no more than 6 points
