We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Visualiser to support the development of photorealistic CGI (product cut outs and interior visuals) across Bathroom Brands Group (Crosswater, Burlington, Britton and Showerwall). The successful candidate will play an important role in helping bring our products and collections to life across digital platforms, brochures, social media, POS and showroom materials. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior designer or graduate looking to develop a career within product visualisation, interiors and bathroom design.
Key areas of responsibility
- Create photorealistic images using KEYSHOT rendering software (Studio & Interior Roomsets) for use across print and digital.
- Support the creation of CGI visual assets for website and e-commerce, brochures, catalogues, social media campaigns, dealer and showroom displays, and product launch presentations.
- Edit and enhance product renders to ensure consistency across all brands.
- Help maintain visual standards, file structures and asset libraries.
- Work with Product Management and Marketing teams to ensure all render assets align with brand direction and commercial priorities.
- Assist with image resizing, formatting and optimisation for various platforms.
- Ensure product finishes, colours and proportions are accurately represented.
- Assist in the research, moodboarding, and visualisation concepts for new products.
Essential Requirements
- Proficiency in KEYSHOT Software rendering with demonstrable examples of photorealistic rendering.
- Intermediate CAD user with experience in Solidworks.
- Basic to intermediate skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Lightroom.
- Good eye for composition, colour, lighting and detail.
- Understanding of interior design, product styling or visual presentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and develop.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced commercial environment.
Desirable
- Experience creating animations with Keyshot.
- Experience using other rendering software – e.g. Blender, 3DS Max, etc.
- Understanding of bathroom/interior products and finishes.
- Experience creating lifestyle imagery or roomset visuals.
- Basic graphic design understanding.
- Basic experience working PIM and/or DAM systems.

Qualifications

Portfolio Requirement

- Product visualisation work - Workflow and end results.
- Scene creation and material manipulation.
- Experience within interiors, furniture, kitchens, bathrooms or architectural visualisation would be advantageous.
