Welcome to The Bathroom Association, the leading trade body representing the interests of the bathroom industry in the UK. Having recently been recognised as Association Team of the Year 2024 and the prestigious Trade Association of the Year 2025 by the Trade Association Forum, we are entering a defining chapter of our history. Our success to date has been built on influential policy advocacy, industry-leading events, and a powerful voice in regulation and compliance. Last year, we marked a major milestone by rebranding from the Bathroom Manufacturers Association to The Bathroom Association. This was a deliberate evolution to reflect the entire breadth of our sector. As we move through 2026, our focus is clear: retention and growth into new member segments. We are building an influential community that spans the bathroom supply chain, to enable stronger market growth and collective impact. This is why your role is so vital to our future.
We have redefined our path forward through a mission and manifesto that sit at the heart of everything we do:
- Our Mission: A world where bathrooms are better for people and planet.
- Our Manifesto: Behind every bathroom are thousands of passionate people who make it possible: a complex supply chain of clients, designers, manufacturers, suppliers, merchants, distributors, retailers, plumbers, builders, electricians, and more. And behind every one of those businesses is the Bathroom Association, the UK’s most influential community actively protecting, progressing and promoting every aspect of the bathroom for the benefit of all. Together we drive market growth, raise standards, and deliver sustainability.
As our Senior Member Engagement Lead, you will be the primary member lead, ensuring we retain our current community while attracting the new segments that complete our supply chain. You will be responsible for creating a vibrant community and experiences that prove our value every day. My goal for this position is to ensure our members do not just "belong" to an association but feel actively championed by an association that truly understands their broader business challenges in an evolving regulatory landscape. I am looking for a professional with a future-focused growth mindset who will be essential in driving the ambition of the association. You will be able to translate our strategic goals into tangible value, possessing the autonomy to shape how we engage, how we listen, and how we grow our membership base. We are an award-winning team with a clear vision and a passionate board. We now need a dedicated lead to ensure our members remain at the very heart of that journey. If you are ready to help us shape the future of The Bathroom Association and make a lasting impact on the industry, I look forward to hearing from you.

- Christmas Closure: The association closes over the Christmas period, three days of your annual leave entitlement are allocated for this closure.
