Night Duty Manager
Our hostel in the city centre of Bristol has 52 beds which are normally used for school groups, sporting teams and backpackers.
We are looking for a Night Duty Manager to join our friendly team.
Duties include:
- Conducting structured building walks at regular intervals throughout the shift
- Monitor guest activities, behaviour, and movement within the building
- Maintain control of noise levels and overall environment
- Ensure all fire safety checks and procedures are completed and recorded
- Respond confidently and effectively to incidents and unexpected situations, calmly and professionally
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all guests
- Ensuring the day team receives a complete, accurate and actionable handover
Working with a small team of duty managers/receptionist/housekeeping and maintenance.
Working hours:
40 hours per week on a rolling rota
Sun/Mon/Tues - Off
Wed/Thurs/Fri/Sat - 22:00 - 08:00

£14.89 per hour
