We are seeking an enthusiastic SEN teaching assistant who shares our commitment to inspiring and empowering every child in our inclusive school. You will play a pivotal role in nurturing a love for learning and supporting children to develop confidence, creativity, and resilience.

Responsibilities:
  • Be able to inspire children in their learning both within a group and on a 1-1 basis
  • Be a good team player, who thrives on collaboration
  • Be committed to inclusion and able to work systematically and flexibly in a busy school
  • Be an excellent communicator with good presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Be passionate about learning and child development

  • Role: SEND Teaching Assistant
  • Hours: 30 hours per week
  • Schedule: 8:30–3:00 Monday - Friday, with 30-minute break each day
  • Contract: Fixed Term until 31st August 2026 due to funding
  • Term Time Only, plus 2 Inset Days
  • Salary: £24,796 - £25,185 FTE; £17,427 - £17,701 Actual Salary per annum
