Bath & Wells Multi Academy Trust is seeking a kind, calm Teaching Assistant to support children with additional needs. The role primarily covers morning and lunchtime support to help pupils access learning, build confidence, and stay fully included in school life.
Experience with SEND is desirable, but a values-driven, learn-fast attitude is highly regarded. You will collaborate with teachers, the SENCo, and families, following agreed plans and monitoring progress.
