• Has previous experience of working with children in an educational setting
• Is enthusiastic and highly motivated to support children
• Believes in the importance of inclusion for all children
• Holds safeguarding for all at the forefront of their responsibilities, making it your most important job.
• Demonstrate patience, care and self-motivation;
• Be responsive to the childrens needs academically, socially and emotionally;
